Our reception is open every day from 10.00 – 11.30 a.m. and from 5.30 – 6.30 p.m.  Please note: The reception is not staffed on Sunday evenings.

If you arrive outside these opening hours, please send us an e-mail in time or give us a call so that you won’t have to wait in front of closed doors!

The best way to submit your request is by filling in the form below, we will then have all the information we need to make a reservation.
Please make sure that your e-mail address is typed correctly otherwise we will not be able to reply to your request.

Solo travellers can only book single rooms or a bed in a 4-bed room.

The Brickstone Hostel is a small, homely hostel, not a party hostel. Children/adolescents under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult. Sorry, no groups of more than 4 people, no bachelor(ette) parties or fitters. Sorry, no pets. We are a non-smoking hostel.

We will contact you as soon as possible to either confirm or decline your reservation – please check your spam folder, too! If you have not received a response within 24 hours, please contact us again. In that case, it seems that the email has not arrived.
